RiskSafetyAI is committed to compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), South Africa's data protection legislation effective since 1 July 2021.

Our detailed POPIA compliance statement is being prepared and will outline how we collect, process, store, and protect personal information in accordance with the Act's eight conditions for lawful processing.
